Quality Inn is a stunning heritage hotel, combining historical charm with modern comforts. the spacious rooms are beautifully decorated, equipped with all necessary amenities. Its central location makes it easy to explore nearby cafes and restaurants. the ambiance, featuring gorgeous chandeliers, adds to the experience. I enjoyed a lovely drink at the bar and relaxing mornings on the balcony. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.
The suite was quite dark. Windows couldn't be opened.

The property was well-maintained and newly remodelled with exceptionally attentive staff in assisting in a follow up query. I was there for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The bedroom was separate with fantastic views to enjoy. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Ballarat...

I adored the vintage charm of the hotel's Heritage bar, filled with Victorian-era architecture and soft natural light. It reminded me of simpler times and was a lovely spot to relax. the easy accessibility for us seniors was a blessing, with everything conveniently located and easily reachable.
Would appreciate more assistance for senior guests from the children working there.

The check-in and check-out process is not very streamlined. Perhaps provide instructions to people before they arrive

I loved the old building, restored, preserved and improved with modern day simplicity and comfort.
The power points at the desk did not work, I had to sit in the kitchen to work on my computer while it was charging.

The old-world char and modern facilities.
Check in and account settlement at another address two doors down the street was an inconvenience. The missing door catch on the bathroom door and the broken/missing towel rail (Room 9).
